FinSight is an independent project. It is not registered or regulated as an investment adviser, broker, dealer, robo-adviser, or financial-services provider in any jurisdiction. That includes — without limitation — the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and FINRA, the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the U.A.E. Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).
The app does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or interact with your brokerage account.
Market data is third-party and may be wrong
Quotes, fundamentals, historical prices, dividend history, and analyst-rating data are retrieved from Yahoo Finance via the open-source yfinance library. Yahoo provides this data on an unofficial basis and does not guarantee its accuracy.
Specifically, market data shown in FinSight:

may be delayed (typically 15–20 minutes for U.S. and Saudi exchanges, and end-of-day for Indonesian exchanges);
•
may be missing, partial, or incorrect when Yahoo rate-limits or blocks requests;
•
may differ from the official figures published by the exchange or by regulated data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P);
•
should never be used as the sole input for a trading decision, position sizing, valuation, or tax calculation.
Always verify against your broker's official quote and the exchange's own disclosures before acting.
Derived figures are model-driven
The following values are computed by FinSight from the third-party data above and from public AI models. They are estimates, not facts:

Sentiment scores — produced by the XLM-RoBERTa multilingual model applied to headlines and Reddit posts. The model can mis-read sarcasm, context, and domain-specific language.
•
Fair-value gauge — derived from heuristic multiples (P/E, P/B, EV/EBITDA, DCF approximations). Inputs depend on the third-party fundamentals above and on assumptions baked into the formula. Treat as a rough indicator, not a price target.
•
Screener results — filter on the same third-party fundamentals. Companies that should appear may be missing if a single field is null.
•
Heatmap and breadth gauges — aggregated from a sample of index constituents; the sample may be incomplete on any given day.
Sharia classification is a heuristic, not a fatwa
The Sharia-compliance label shown for some Saudi and Indonesian tickers is computed by applying a screening heuristic loosely modeled on AAOIFI criteria (business activity, interest-bearing debt ratio, non-permissible income ratio) to the available financial statements.
This label is not a fatwa. It is not issued, reviewed, or endorsed by any Sharia board, scholar, or certifying body. For binding rulings, consult a qualified scholar or a certified Islamic-finance institution.

FinSight is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in any specific region.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of FinSight is not liable for any loss or damage — including loss of profits, trading losses, missed opportunities, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — arising out of your use of the app or your reliance on any information presented in it.
If you live in a jurisdiction that does not permit limits on certain warranties or liabilities, the limits above apply only to the extent permitted.
Past performance and forward-looking statements
Historical prices, returns, dividends, and ratios shown in FinSight describe what happened in the past. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Forward-looking values produced by the fair-value gauge or sentiment engine are speculative, not predictions.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Before acting on anything you see in this app, verify the underlying data with primary sources (the company's official filings, the exchange's official publication, your broker's confirmed quote) and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction.
